How much would the living cost be roughly for the first year? Like the accommodation...travel...food?

If you live in residence, food is 3000$ and Housing is 8000$

If you live off campus, you can manage 500$ a month for housing if you look hard enough. Food will be like 1500-2000 for the year off campus.

No references, just grades. They wont look at any references even if you send them.

2. and when we have to deposit fees, do we have to deposit fees in one go or we have to deposit

some amount to get letter from university.

CIC doesn't suggest to pay tuition fee unless you get visa . But if you applying from India under SPP category then one semester tuition payment is suggested.

for the funds showing in accounts and proof of income for parents

Hi,
I would like to know how much income the parents have to show for visa application,

like according to ITR annual income of my father,mother and grandmother is Rs. 5 lakh, Rs. 4 lakh

and Rs. 3.5 lakh respectively is that enough to show proof of funds and how much money do they need to keep in their

accounts and can all three of them sponsor me or do I need only one sponsor.
