Study permit extention

I am going for a 1 year post graduate certificate course in September 2018 intake. Course will end in august 2019 because it consist of 3 semester. So can i get admission for 2nd year in any college for 1 year course in September 2019 intake ?? Plz help me out.

yes you can, just apply to any college similar way you did before with your transcript, certificate, and letter from your college
