Hey there, I am going to be graduating in the Fall of 2021. I will be completing my courses in the Spring/Summer term. My current study permit expires on the 30th of August, 2021. I am expecting to receive official graduation confirmation in September 2021. I intend to apply for the PGWP but would like to do that prior to my current study permit expiring. Would I be eligible to apply to extend my study permit as my last course date is now later than what I intended when I got my current study permit, i.e, the 90 days after my final course would be later than 30th of August considering I am applying well in advance of the recommended 60-90 days before expiry. I am going to try and request my graduation confirmation and grades release to be sent earlier (does this seem viable or probable?), but I believe a study permit extension would be a better and safer option. Can I get any advice or clarification if my plan makes sense, and if so, am I likely to be granted an extension?
