Study permit extension serious problem

I have applied for my Work & Study permit extension by paper on 4th June (delivered 7th June). Before that, I tried to apply online, but despite everything was filled correctly and validated, IMM5709E form was not submitted. My program starts on Monday 23rd September and today I have noticed that because I applied by paper the time for proceeding the application takes 112 days since it was delivered instead of 38 days. Right now Canada Immigration is processing applications from 23 March and it means that it will take another 11 weeks to process my application. So that means if I don't do something I will be rejected. Is it possible to somehow speed up processing my application because of that or to do something? I also have my flight back set on 12th September. I could postpone my study by one or two months but there is another problem. My status now is expired and I am back home in Czech republic. So if Goverment Canada will need IMM5709E form with new informations and validated, I can not make it because my status is already expired. I would like to call or email Canada Immigration and ask them what needs to be done but +1 888 242 2100 can't be reached out of Canada. What would be the best to solve this problem? That’s weird , you should’ve ask help from someone and applied online .

Many submitted extensions including me and the forms were fine .


Now you have no chance but to wait for your paper application.

Did you try linking your app to GCKEY account ? What does it say ?

Since you left already , your status is no more valid.

If you were in Canada , you could’ve continued studying until you get a decision on your paper application.

I tried linking my application it into the GCKEY but despite i filled everything correctly it doesn't work:

"Based on the information you entered, we found no applications.

What do I do next?

You may have made a mistake entering your information. Go back and try to enter it again. You can only try to link an application five times in 24 hours.

If you still have trouble, contact us."

But the paper application will definitely be rejected because GC will start processing it someday in October. There is no chance how to let GC know about my problem?

I want to ask how long it will take to get application number after submitting paper application for study permit extension inside Canada. Thanks . now processing time is 112 days.
I send application on 29 April 2020.
Canadapost shows delivered on 30 april in Edmonton.
Almost 1 month but waiting for application number.

That’s ok but how can I come to know that they have received my file, any confirmation number or Acknowledgement receipt ? because the only thing I have is the delivery confirmation from Canada post.
