[a] Initial Study Permit extension refused because I did not have letter from the University confirming that I have switched from Graduate Certificate to Masters; the University did not have this ready - grades from last fall have not yet been finalized.

Application also refused because I did not include letter from the University confirming the duration of the program.

[c] Now I want to reapply including these documents in [a] and and also including proof of registeration for Winter 2011.

Question: My question is that if I include [a] - [c] above, will I still or do I need to submit prof of full payment of the international tuition fees??? And if not, will providing an affidavit of support be enough or will they need bank statement?

Please help!

@chibiks

if ur application is rejected due to lack of enough documents u can apply again gathering all the needed documents... for which course u applied, ur duration of program... generally college offer letter has all this details provided within... ur course, duration, fees, etc...

and yes u need to show them u have paid ur semester fees.. u can show a fees reciept and also a wire transfer reciept if u paid via bank.. it will strengthen ur case...
