Due to mental health issues, delayed new passport from my home country (which I still have not received), I did not apply in time to extend my study permit (it expires August 31st).
Quebec still has not received my supporting documents for the CAQ (which they should have by now - I am not sure why they have not received them, as I have applied within Canada) and I do not have my CAQ ready to submit.
What are my best options? Should I submit an application without the CAQ? Should I write an explanatory letter about what happened? Should I apply for restoration of status? Please HELP!
