Study Permit Extension IMM5709. How to Sign (Signature Format) the Form?

In the Study Permit extension document number IMM5709e, at last I have a query that under the final page of the document "Signature of Applicant", do I need to sign the document manually (e-sign) or typing my name with initial (normal name typing with my initial) or do I need to typemy full name which is First Name and Last Name as per passport. Can anyone help me solve my question?

I'm confused...
