I want to know about the study permit extension for PhD program. I have few questions if you can help me, I would be really thankful.
1) My passport will expires in sept 2018 and I want to apply for the study permit extension for PhD which needs study permit for 4 years. Do I need to renew my passport before applying for the study permit extension?
2) My program will start in the sept 2016 and the course registration can be done in aug 2016. I have the PhD acceptance letter and Scholarship letter from the department. When should I apply for extension as CIC consider the application within 90 days? Are these documents are enough?
3) Fees can be submitted in Aug so I would not be having the fee receipt. Is it mandatory to have fee receipt?
