study permit expires on the same date as the conclusion of my program

my study permit expires on the same date as my program end date. I planned to apply PGWP but the timeline is not possible for me to legally stay and apply PGWP in Canada. Can I webform IRCC to ask them to extend the permit? Or if I apply to extend my study permit will they reject, as my program has already finished on the date of my study permit expired. What should I do. thank you~

Request to extend your TRV that will keep your status as visitors
