I hope someone can help me here. I have applied for a study permit on Nov 23, 2019 within Canada and until today I still haven't received any response yet. It has been more than four months! My school starts in May not sure if I should defer my offer. The last time I called them the system told me that they were processing applications till Nov 8, However, three weeks later I have checked again and their status stays the same.... It is really confusing now, I am not sure what to do.
