Study Permit Decision Getting Longer from Bangladesh

Hello!
I have applied for Study Permit along with my spouse to study Masters in New Brunswick, Canada on 28th August, 2023 from Bangladesh. Both of us have done Upfront Medical and uploaded that while applying. But, it's been more than 01 month, my upfront medical is not updated in GC Key! What's wrong actually? Why does it take so long? How much time may it require to get the final decision? Current trend shows it may take more than 8 weeks (which is mentioned as processing time in officialwebsite).
Can someone enlighten me?

So it hasn’t been 8 weeks, so there is nothing wrong. It may take 8 weeks or longer. Processing depends on backlog, your file, your spouse’s file, time for eligibility/background checks. So you are both applying for a study permit or SOWP? Files don’t need to be processed at the same time.

applied on 18th of july and bio 23th of july , eligibility has started on 11th august

now waiting for medical request
