Hello everyone! I have submitted an application around 15 days ago and with it was attached the client information file (with letter of explanation and study plan). Yesterday, I received a request letter on the portal asking me to submit all pages of my passport along with another document. Now, when I login to the portal and view submitted documents, I see an option to upload a document but the type of document and information given is my question. The document is titled Client Information and the type of document says Replacement needed. My question is, if I upload the documents they requested from me, will it replace my existing Client information file ? In that case i’d need to combine both Client Information files and submit it as one file which would take the page count to 130+. Has this happened with anyone before? Does anybody know if it would replace the existing file since it says replacement needed ?
