I was asked to submit criminal records but could not upload them to the system; the "How to submit additional documents" page in my Application Status does not allow me to upload a document.
I inquired about the problem to the IRCC Webform a month ago and sent the documents there too. But no answer so far. Nor any changes on my Application Status page.
Has anybody come across this problem and managed to resolve it?
