September 12 additional documents required
I tried to sign in IRCC Portal, but all the sudden I’m asked to enter verification code, which is never sent to my registered email address. Nothing in junk folder or server. Made enquiry on web form but no response.
Then I’ve been receiving messages from IRCC saying your status has changed. It’s critical that now I can’t sign in to upload additional documents.
Does anyone have the same issue or know how I can solve this? I need help.
