Hi all, I am an international student entering Canada for the first time.
I will fly from London to Toronto and then from Toronto to Winnipeg, my final destination.
I was wondering where I will have to queue to get the study permit, Toronto or Winnipeg?
Also, I fly with the same company on both legs, but in case I will have to get the study permit in Toronto does this mean that I should pick up my bags in Toronto to bring them with my customs form on a different security belt?
My stop in Toronto is around 1 hour and I am worried that it will not be enough to manage this procedure...
