Study permit approved

Hi,

My friends study permit outside canada app. Is approved and he has received letter of intro stating he needs to go at POE to obtain studt permit.

He is currently in canada on valid visit visa.

Could any of you please advise where does he need to go to get his study permit.

I just got my study approved yestarday for my term which starts in September 2019 but I cannot travel now, please advise can I differ the semster for Winter Term 2020 and use the same current visa I have ?

What should I tell the officer at the airport if he asked me that my term starts in September 2019 and I am coming late?

Does the letter from the university regarding my new semster date is enough for the officer?

You have to contact your school to see if deferral is an option.

Yes it is an option and the university is working to provide the acceptance letter for me.

So can I enter Canada with this offer letter and current visa?
