I submitted the application that extends my study permit on Sep 2021, and the application is approved on Dec 13th. However, I didn't receive that mail for 6 weeks. May I ask how to solve this problem?
The letter says 'If you have not received your secure document within six weeks, contact IRCC.' but I don't know where should I start.
