Study Permit Applications at CHC ISB between Dec 2010 AND April 11

hey afridi.we r still in waiting mode .I sent them email 2 day but those stu guys replied me same thing as previous. I dont know seems like a copy paste.Funny 4 them but streeful 4 us .anyways ,The only thing we can do is wait I guess Nothing else we can do.

well awais u know i am totally blank .. because i dont know to react as i am stuck myself.. the only thing that can help us at this time is our patience and trust in God.. just have faith man and try to recite this as much as u can... exactly man.. pray for everybody and allah will help u as well.. umm so i guess u got an email quite a while ago that ur case is being finalised and u will get ur documents soon.. so what happened actually.. i guess u were applying for norway or somethin...

thats right bro but i got same email twice like one on 25th may and other on 7th june ...........I need to apply for norway ,The soonest possible but i am stuck wd my passport in CHC.i think 10 weeks r good enough for CHC to take decision.I have sent no of applications ,faxes but they r still passive.2day i got there in person but they dont allow 2 go inside ,I just talked to a receptionist and he told me same story do faxes ,email and bala bala.Anyways.............Let c

I have asked him about everything and he said that he dosenot know anything ,all these things are done thru consular section and we r totally blank in this matter.

My brother has been refused for student visa... He applied on April 6, 2011 and I found out from my local MP that he has been turned down by CHC-Islamabad...

@jani.. u didnt get any official letter or what... how does he use to contact them.. if i approach one what should i tell him.. how shud he contact chc isbd..and it wont hav a bad impact...

Well, he received a refusal letter along with all the supporting documents and they said that you did not satisfy the visa officer for the following three reasons:

- No travel history.
- Family ties in Canada and the country you reside in.
- Purpose of visit.

I got rejection in study visa for Jan 2014 for Dalhousie University Sad.. the reason of refusal:your proposed stdies r nt reasonable in light of 1 or more of: ur qualifications, previous stdies, employment , level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future propects and plans.
I got admission in dalhousie UNI for M.engg in internetworking. my profile is B.E (E&C) 58% (10 backlogs with repeatation) and an year gap during U.G means B.E completed in 5 years. IELTS- 6.5 (min 6 in each),also my final year project was on networking and I have also submitted a certificate from a private institute of N+, CCNA, MCSE where I have done training of these networking courses .. sufficient funds shown, applied under university category.. now how to resolve this issue with this profile?? plz guide me, I am desparately looking for help on this as I want to re-apply soon for the same intake..


so, In my new SOP for re-application, should I state 1 year gap clearly ? ( which was during UG after completion of my 1st year. means 2008 to 2009 no marksheets they would find) OR say it like additional thing I did due to much eagerness for knowing the subject which I love ?.. but in that time I did few networking courses for 10 months which is my propective subject to pursue in canada.....
