Study permit application (outside Canada) processing delays

Anyone facing 2025 study permit processing delays from the USA. Applied on July 20 and still waiting for eligibility verification (status not started). Background check in progress and biometric completed. Current processing time is 10 weeks but when I applied it was 7 weeks .

Current processing times apply to your application (10 weeks). So as of now, you haven't reached the estimated processing time. There's nothing you can do but wait.

Other option would be to go to a land border if your’re a US citizen.
