Hi Guys,
I got accepted to MaSC program in EE at University of Waterloo. I am searching online for visa application(study permit) procedure, but I have some questions.
I am applying online from Turkey. I will start in Fall 2019 Term.
I have an acceptance letter, which was received online, from Waterloo.
1-) I have not graduated from undergraduate yet. In visa documents, it is stated that proof of graduation is required. In this case, can I apply before graduating? I will graduate in June.
2-) In my acceptance letter, it is stated that I will receive 37.500 CAD per year. The tuition for school is approximately 24.000 CAD per year. For visa documents, it is stated that minimum required money for proof of funding is Tuition+ 10.000 CAD per year. In this case, do I need to show other funding sources or just acceptance letter is enough?
3-) During online application, at the upload document section, it is stated that tuition amount should be indicated in your acceptance letter. Unfortunately, it is not stated in mine. Do I need to request another acceptance letter?
4-) In additional documents (specific to applied country, Turkey for my case), Proof of accommodation arrangements for the duration of your studies in Canada is also required. Do I really need to show accommodation? I am planning to rent a room in a shared house, but it is too early for this. I just want to take visa as soon as possible to relief myself and get rid of busy summer times for visa application.
5-) I am planning to pay my tuition fee after arriving to Canada. Do I need to show a proof of paid tuition fees for study permit application?
6-) I am also planning to buy flight tickets after receiving study permit. Should I include flight ticket to Canada into my application files?
Thank you so much for your answers and time. I really looked deeply, but these are the small details that I couldn't find any answer.
Cheers!
