I am from Kenya.A friend of mine applied for a study permit on 11th Dec 2018 for January intake offline/papee application.He did his biometrics on the day he submitted his application.He just received a message from CIC stating his Application and UCI numbers.He also received a letter written 'RE:VALIDATION OF BIOMETRICS' with some notes such as the next time he needs to take biometrics (12th Dec 2028).On top of that it was written that the document is very important and he should show it to the canadian immigration official(s) at the airport.They also stated that it is not a travelling document and he should have his passport with him while travelling.He wasn't called for medicals (he didn't do upfront medicals).Does this mean he standa a higher chance in
