Study Permit and Study Visa

Hi guys, I’m a refugee claimant waiting for my appeal decesion.
I’m going to obtain my admission letter from the Public College and apply study permit. Once having my study Permit I want to withdraw my refugee claim and leave Canada.
How do find my chances to come back and start my education as an international student? I have enough fund to study and live in Canada.
