Hello everyone,

I'm from El Salvador. My family and I made the refugee claim two years and a half ago and just got our hearing date for the summer. I have a study permit and got accepted in a four years program at university here in Alberta. My question is: What would happen in case the federal court deny our claim. Will my study permit be invalid afterwards? Will I be allowed to finish my studies even if I don't have any status after using other ways to stay..... If it helps I have two aunts and one uncle who are Canadian citizens.
Thank you!

1. If your claim is denied, you go home to El Salvador. Your Study permit will be invalid and no you won't be able to remain to finish your studies.
