Study permit and CAQ

Hello, Today I got admitted to Concordia University , so CAQ takes about a month and the visa also takes about a month which means that i wont be able to make it there before the term starts. Can I apply to study permit and CAQ at the same time and when i receive the CAQ I send it to the embassy? I really want a way I dont want to miss the tem . also, is it faster to apply online? i called VAC and they said it would take no less than two months but on the website they wrote 4 weeks.

which country ru in? u can apply for CAQ online u may get acceptance in 7 days(depending on ur country) so u will have to send doc super fast and then apply for visa based on online approval of CAQ. u will get a pdf file of approval. it can be done depending on which country ur in

Thank you, I am from Jordan , I contacted the embassy today and they told me that I can apply for study permit and submit CAQ later when I receive it, So now when I apply for CAQ or Study permit , they need letter of acceptance , Can I give them the one the university sent me by email?
or should it be the one that i get by mail ( which will also take longer time ) , do they send it when I get accepted or when I accept the offer?
