Study permat post AOR

Hi,
I got ITA (FSW outland) on sep and AOR Oct 27 2020. My GCMS note shows security Not started and others as Passed.

Now I got an offer letter from UofT (University of Toronto) for M.Eng in ECE. But I am confused whether I should apply for study permit or not, as I won't be able to show sufficient fund required for international students. Can someone guide me what should be my next step here?

What's your profile - CEC / FSW Inland / FSW Outland ?
considering the status of applications that's processed I guess it'll take longer to reach the COPR. Try contacting the university to explain your situation. It's better not to use the POF in this stage.

Lets hope someone who been through this similar situation come across your post.

Its actually FSW outland

Then it's your decision to choose between PR or Study Permit. As far as I know, I don't think that anyone could apply for the SP without the POF.
