Hello. There is my situatuion:

I`m working in Canada for last 2,5 years under the closed Work Permit(required LMO/LMIA). My employer is having a LMIA in process at the moment. And I applied for a work permit (by mail) before my current is expired to be under implied status and keep working. Also I have applied for the study permit (on-line). So I had 2 applications in process at the same time. I have been issued study permit recently. What is going to happen if I will not cancel my work permit application and it will come positive? Will my study permit be automatically cancelled upon receiving a new work permit?
What is better for the Express entry? to hold a work permit and keep working full time or to hold a study permit and keep working part time for the same employer?
Would be positive LMIA giving me an extra points for Express Entry if I will hold study permit at that moment?
Thank you.

You're lucky by having LMIA (or even your employer getting you the LMIA). Keep working, and apply for EE. If you have Positiove LMIA and permanent full time job you'll get 600 points.
