As my wife is planning to Study Master of Science in Dentistry.So its much important to get all information before i believe this is very right place o know all before.

Please respond to my following queries.

1. Can i Travel on a Spouse Visa ( Full Work Permit) along with her if she granted Study Visa ?
2. Living expense in Canada

Has she been admitted yet? Spouses of international students are not guaranteed permits or visas but you can certainly try. Would suggest your wife apply for her study permit on her own because processing is faster but still can be quite long. SOWP is not guaranteed to arrive before you leave. If you are unwilling to go unless you are both allowed to go together you should apply together and see what happens.

2. Very dependent on where you live.
