i am jamal from Bangladesh . recently i got an offer from Fleming college at Wireless Information Networking Graduate Certificate 2 yrs/4 semester course following winter 2016.
so when i was filling up the application Form i saw in that pdf file it says study level of the offering course . there are some options but i cant find the Graduate certificate level option. so i am not sure which option would be right. is Ontario college Graduate Certificate courses is equivalent to University master's Degree or should i use the option like college certificate level. if any please could help me.
