A masters in structures doesn’t exist. If you want to do a masters in civil eng you may have difficulty getting accepted with a score of 64%. Canada has become a popular destination for international students so the acceptance average for international students have increased. You should try but averages over 70%, and in many cases quite higher, are likely needed.
