hi, I just need some help, I am not familiar with the student visa, I sponsored my wife to come to canada and she landed in 2011, now my wife wants to try and get a student visa for her cousin in costa rica, what is required? and what is the waiting time, if I could get as much info as possible on how to get started with the paper work, would greatly appreciate it!

hmm this is very confusing for me, i mean do I sponsor her? where r the application forms? or does she just go to this location in Costa Rica and do the paper work all there herself? doesn't seem as complicated as sponsoring a family member.
