I Passed 12th Standard With Average Grades(50%) in Sciene Stream.
I want to enroll in Winipeg, any College or University, for my further studies.
I want to know IELTS band Requirement in Collages or Universities in Winigpeg and am I able to enroll with my average grades?

Getting an LOA with such grades is unlikely.

Hi,

it depends which course are you planning to get in to.

If its science related well, it might be tough to get admission in Universities but you can try with some colleges they might accept.
