No they wont this isn't how gaps work this is not what is considered an educational gap you are fine go for it
I finished high School 2017 applied to Carleton University in 2018 for fall 2019 got admitted visa denied in August had to apply to another school university of manitoba for fall 2020 same program is this considered an education gap
nope since you were already applying for addmission just mention this in your SOP
