Study Gap with Experience

I have completed my Graduation (B.C.A) in 2015 after that I did a job in Marketing for 2 years. Now I want to study marketing and business. Is it ok to go for Diploma in marketing & business?

I completed my 12th in commerce (63%), can I get an admission?

Diploma in Marketing if it's PG then Ok otherwise you need strong justification.

Working is not considered as gap

I can't go for PG because my Graduation was not in a business field, so I think I need to do from scratch. And Diploma in marketing is the perfect course that I was looking, is that any problem getting VISA? Because my job was "Marketing Executive"
