In the table it ask for (city,country,name of contact,phone number, email,etc)
Should I provide my employer's detail like his contact info and address in this table ?

If you worked for a larger company, provide the contact of someone from HR who can reliably verify if IRCC contacts them.

yes, i went to India just for a month, does I needs to mention yes here and fill out residence outside Canada form ?

Live outside Canada means having a residence outside Canada. It excludes vacations and other business trips that will be covered under the Physical Presence calculator.

Yes, you must have an entry that says so (no gaps allowed). You'd indicate you were unemployed, provide the dates, and you can leave the contact information blank (as you're not unemployed by someone/in a specific location).
