My application was rejected because:

Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.

I have provided proof that I have an income with sufficient money to sustain myself financially and to pay for my education in Canada. I would like to know what is it that I am doing wrong since I read paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA and it says there to qualify I need to be able to have financial resources available without working in Canada. Therefore, I am confused because it sounds contradictory to why I am being denied.
