Study and Languages in Express Entry Profile Creation

I am in the process of creating an Express Entry Profile. I have done MBA distance education in Madras University and it is recognized by WES. I have done MBA in four years since I was working in a different state and unable to attend the exam. I started MBA in 2009 and completed all my exams in 2012. The year in which degree was awarded was 2012. In WES document, the year for MBA is mentioned as 2012. Now my doubt is in the study section, it is asked since what year and to which year. So do I need to put 2009 to 2012 or 2009 to 2010? Since in my course completion certificate it is 2009 to 2010. And in WES it is 2012. Kindly help me out with your suggestions.

2009-2012 and explain in LOE why its different in the degree.

2012 in my opinion since your degree was attained in that year.
