Hi everyone ,

I graduated from McGill University in April 2013 and I'm on my Post Graduate Work Permit which is valid until April 2016.

During the last year I've been to the US and my home country Iran . I found a job in a large IT company in Silicon Valley but the H1B lottery didn't work out ! Now I'm thinking of going back to Canada in September (2014) to find and start a job.

So far , I haven't applied for PR and I don't know french and it's not an option for me.

Is it possible to apply for a Provincial Nominee Program in BC/Ontario by starting a job there , while I haven't studied there ?

Is it enough to have a job offer in that province ? or I have to have a work experience like FSW and CEC ?

(I was looking at how International Student Nomination Program in Ontario works and there was no mention that I had to study there or I have to have a work experience)

Note : I studied Master of Computer Science and I most probably will start a job as a Software Engineer.

Bests.

No work experience required, for BC, I dont think you have to get your degree in BC too, but you can double check on BC PNP website.
