Too early. You should plan to enter about a month in advance of your program starting. If you come too early, CBSA can deny you entry and send you home.

Do you have admission to a college or univeristy? If so apply for a study permit, pay tuition, show minimum $10k in funds, and justify costs by showing education and career advancement.
