Greetings folks please am a student from west Africa ..I was admitted In college in Canada and during the course of my study I had some family issues and was subjected to return home.so I suspended my studies it's been 3 years ..and I wish to return and take diploma program.I wish to ask of my chances are open ..your ideas will be of grate help

you need to reapply again.. get admission to a college & then apply for study permit
