I have left my studies in 2004 and i am now planning to start again in canada. can i get a student visa and i have a spouse whose is also interested in going with me. Kindly help and what is the requirement for IELTS. How long it will take and where it is the easiest to get the visa and can we both work in canada while i am studing.
