Hi everyone,

1) I tried to get a Canadian visitor’s visa from back home back in March 2017 which was denied

2) I came to US in June with the multiple entry visa and tried to seek asylum in Canada which was denied and was given a 1-year exclusion order

3) I am currently an asylum seeker in the US with an open case which is pending review

Is there any way that I can get a student visa to Canada if I apply and get accepted to a University/College? What are my chances of getting the student visa? Will they call me for an interview? If so, will it take place in the US or back home? Also, where will I have to go to obtain the visa?

Please advise!!!

Your chances of being approved for a study permit to Canada are nil. There's honestly no point applying.

To be approved, you need to demonstrate strong ties to your home country to prove you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Your immigration history in both the US and Canada proves the exact opposite.

Thank you for your response.
If I get married to a Canadian citizen, will the interview take place in US or my home country?

If an interview is required, it will most likely take place in your home country and you will have to attend in person.

Hello, Could you please tell me, What is the Annual income limit for an Asylee EAD?? or could you please give me some more information about that??

Given your various attempts to move to Canada if you try to immigrate to Canada via spousal sponsorship I would expect a lot of scrutiny because CIC will suspect a marriage of convenience.
