Hello I am inquiring about the IELTS and the application to schools in Toronto, I know you need the IELTS to apply for the student visa, however, what about just applying to schools, can i apply to get accepted without my IELTS score yet? (meaning just wit me credentials info)

Depends on the school. Some require IELTS. You'll have to check the school web site.
