Hello,

What chances Do I have , If apply for a student visa (English Course of One year), if my parents have
a Permanent Residence Visa.

They are going to travel soon and I would like to apply after they landed.

Please share any thought about it.

Thank you to answer.

A couple of questions.

Do you think that If I travel first, and several months later my parents travels could help?

Also while filling out the questions of "Come to Canada" Online Assessment, there is a question that really intrigue me

"Are you accompanying a family member that has status in Canada, or has recently been approved to come to Canada? Yes /No "

Do you think that if I answer yes, would help to my application, or is a question to disqualify me.

Thank you for your help.

I m not a expert... But there's a helpline of a consultancy team may be they could help u to sort out things... 9256392563.... Are u taking help frm a consultant or preparing ur file by ur self???

Hii staelena...no need to panic at all.. mine was a nearly same case as of urs. I am included in my father's PR application and I had lot of doubts in mind while applying for my study permit but at last I got my study visa. Just disclose each and every detail about ur parents PR application. Coming to your study permit application, write a good sop describing about ur course study and your intention to study in canada and write about returning to your home country after ur studies and try to tell about the job prospectives in your home country for that study in canada. Just tell every thing frankly and no need to hide anything....i am sure u will also get it easily.. it will not be a problem at all....good luck with ur application.

Thank you for your support , it's very kind of you

I have some questions abour your post
You say that in your case you are included
In your PR father's , if so Why you need a
Student visa?. I believed that if you
Travel with your parents you has the right
Study freely.....

haha nice question staelena...I know that you will get this doubt, but its my destiny ....i am just included in my fathers PR application. I had my medicals also done for my PR application also, but its still in processing and i got admission for this fall.I dont know how many months will it take to get pr So, i had to apply for study visa, I haven't went for medicals again. I kept the medical sheet that i had for PR application. I wrote in my SOP that i don't like to waste an academic year waiting for PR and I also told that i have dual intention both to stay as a temporary resident as a student and to return back after studies and also as a permanent resident if i get PR in this time. May be i am the only person who got visa in spite of saying that i will stay after studies. But disclose each and every detail, nothing bad will happen. just let the vo know about you completely and the vo will definitely help you. think positively and apply. good luck with ur application.
