Hi guys,

I'm hoping to study in Canada during the next academic year (in UK atm) but I'm worried that my visa application will be rejected due to a couple of minor incidents that will show up on my Police National Computer certificate. When I was 16 (3 years ago) I received a reprimand from the police for cannabis possession, a reprimand being like a minor caution for under 18 year olds. Also, a couple of months ago I ended up getting stupidly drunk and getting a Penalty Notice for Disorder for drunk and disorderly (£80 fine). Neither of these are a proper criminal conviction but I'm worried that they'll cause my visa application to be denied. Can anyone shed some light as to what these 2 legal blemishes will mean for a student visa application?

Cheers guys

Far as I know, your misdemeanors before you turn 18 are confidential and not disclosed on the police cert. if they are...well...good luck...
