One of My friend wants to come to canada but he is on student visa in australia, can someone help how to processd? does he need to go back to India and apply from there or he can apply within australia. He been australia for 4- 5years.Now working full tme.

1. He can apply from Australia.
2. He needs a letter of acceptance from a Canadian school first.
