Student visa Rejection

Hello everyone,
I'm in a fix, kindly help me as my student visa was rejected twice on the same basis that they are not convinced I will leave Canada based on the purpose of my visit. I am an architect and I am seeking a construction project management graduate certificate. I have mentioned in my SOP that this degree will be helpful to me in the Indian market and gives me an edge to pursue the Indian construction companies. However, they are not convinced of the same. I have to confirm my Visa for the Jan intake by 20 December.
Please suggest what more can be done. And should I reapply ?

You need to mention the complete details. Quote the rejection message, briefly describe your profile i.e. IELTS score, academics, work ex, any education gap and the documents you submitted. Mention if you filed under SDS or paper-based system. Then the people here might be able to help.
