STUDENT VISA REJECTED, CAIPS FILE CHECKED, BUSTED REASON

Applied Student visa for September 2016 intake and visa got rejected. It was mentioned other reason. Consultant told me to apply for the CAIPS file check to know the reason, 2 days back I got the reason from them.

"No logical progression - Applicant has been in UAE since 2011 and hasn't been studying 2009. Letter of purpose reviewed and considered/not credible. Applicant didn't provide explanation as to why he couldn't take the course in UAE. On review of all information I'm not satisfied applicant is a bona fide student. Application refused."

I have completed my MBA in July 2011 from Pune And started working at UAE from December 2011. joined another organisation in 2014 @UAE. last July I resigned the job and came back to India. Student visa was applied from India.

How can I reapply with explanation letter? How many chance do I have to get the visa?
Please help.

Maybe share the subject of your MBA and the course you proposed to take in Canada so that people can comment on the logical progression statement.

What course were you going for?

A PG diploma in Global Business Management from some college is not a logical progression after an MBA, that much is obvious. (This I'm using as just an instance)

I did MBA in Retail Management and FMCG.
Worked for 4 years in UAE in Supply Chain Management (Logistics coordinator for 2yrs and Purchase Officer for 2yrs)
Applied course in Canada is Post Graduation in International Business Management & freight forwarding.
Ielts: L6, S6.5, R6, W5.5
