I've got admission for Master's in Computer Science at Concordia University, UWindsor and Unb. Due to unfortunate reasons, I couldn't make it to the winter term and deferred the offer of admission to september 2016. Will it create any problem when applying for Study permit, (assuming that I have no work experience and a 2015 passed out)? I can take up short term programming courses though....
