STUDENT VISA REFUSED NEED HELP RESUBMITTING

Hey guyz thanks a lot for spending your valuable time to read my post... i applied for a student visa application before 20 days from dubai. Basically i am from india but my parents stay in Dubai. So i had to apply from Dubai as a Visitor. The problem is that yesterday i recieved an email regarding the refusal of my student visa application and the reason is :-


Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the Regulations for the reasons explained below. I am therefore refusing your application.
Grounds for refusal:
Other reasons:
purpose of visit


What does this mean? Purpose of visit..


The documents i attached were :-

10th marksheet - 70%
11th marksheet plus transcripts - 64%
12th marksheet plus transcripts - 53%
ielts result - 6.5 bands
My extra courses certificates
Collage acceptance letter
Collage fee statement
My fathers bank statement
My fathers passport copy
My fathers job certificate
My fathers emirates ID card
My passport copy
My birth certificate
Statement of Purpose
United Arab Emirates visitor visa copy

M sorry i have completed my 12th(commerce)CBSE from India. And i have currently applied for Computer Programmer Analyst(3 years - advanced diploma) in Durham Collage.

coming from a commerce stream and applying for computer programmer analyst which is basically for students from sci stream (computer science with maths),maybe thats one of the reasons for refusal because i cant find any other by looking at your profile.I got approval for the same course same college this fall.

better apply for the caips notes and see what actually the vo meant by purpose of visit..

I applied also in Dubai, online route and no update yet.

coming from a commerce stream and applying for computer programmer analyst which is basically for students from sci stream (computer science with maths),maybe thats one of the reasons for refusal because i cant find any other by looking at your profile.I got approval for the same course same college this fall.

I dont think that's the problem. Because if there was a problem the collage would have never accepted it. The requirements for the course were 12th english and 12th mathematics. And out of the lot i was the only one in my school who chose commerce with mathematics.



I think the real problem lies in the statement of purpose, I didn't stated weather I'll be comming back or not after my course ends.

What date did you apply?

I applied on paper from vfs global wafi mall exactly 21 days ago and i received a decision. They claimed it'll take 80 days but i recieved a decision within 20 days

Sorry about that. You have to reapply and package your documents very well this time... i think paper route is faster.....

yeah with mathematics ,then its fine i guess..anyway check with caips notes to see what the vo meant actually.Then you can reapply with proper justification.

its the detailed explanation by the same visa officer who processed your file and made the decision,you have to pay a certain fee and apply for it and wil get it within 5 weeks.

me to I applied on Saturday June 10 no update...it showing status unavailable I don't no what it means but it shows application received...help please

Don't panic. It is fine. They take time to update things. Also it was weekend!
