Student visa Refusal

Please suggest me I wrote PTE and I score 48. With in 16 days I got this.
Grounds for Refusal:
I am not satisfied that your level of english is strong enough at this time to able to successfully pursue your proposed academic program in canada.

48 is only a 5.5 in IELTS. You need to get higher

Which exam I prefer PTE or IELTS???
to get visa. How much is the higher score???
It is possible if i write exam again and submit to high commision to get the visa

From what i have heard in here PTE seems to be harder than IELTS, but i have never taken it. I dont know what the cut off for PTE is but you should be getting a 6 in each IELTS section. You can write exams as many times as you want and apply for new visa if you get higher, but remember this is only a small part of the process.

Do IELTS or TOEFL, many people in here have been refused with even good PTE scores, it is not recognised my IRCC.
You will need to make a new study permit application.
